One Day Orientation Program

The Rotary Club of Patan Durbar Square, in coordination with the District Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome Committee, RID 3292 Nepal-Bhutan, CPND, AGE Nepal, and with support from CBM Global Disability Inclusion, participated in the One-Day Orientation on “Special Education (SEP) and Rehabilitation Program.”. The program was graced by Ms. Manjali Shakya Bajracharya, Deputy Mayor of Lalitpur Metropolitan City, as Chief Guest. The program was organized to strengthen knowledge and understanding of special education and rehabilitation approaches for children with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other disabilities. It also aimed to promote inclusive education, appropriate rehabilitation services, and greater collaboration among families, educators, rehabilitation professionals, community organizations, and stakeholders. 56 participants from different organizations participated, including 20 full-day participants.
