Food Support for Nepal Snehi Kaakh

In observance of Rotary’s designated month for Maternal and Child Health, the Rotary Club of Patan South provided food support to Nepal Snehi Kaakh, Dhapakhel. The organization cares for more than 100 people in need, including 65 women and 18 children. The initiative aimed to help improve the well-being of mothers and children residing at the center.

The food support program was conducted through the financial contribution of Charter Member Rtn. Shiva Bahadur Nepali Pradhan. The program was conducted in the presence of President Rtn. Ajay Kumar K.C.; Charter Member PP Rtn. Shiva Bahadur Nepali Pradhan; Administration Chair PP Rtn. Gopal Babu Shrestha; Sergeant-at-Arms PP Rtn. Kami Sherpa; and non-Rotarian supporter Ram Hari Shrestha.

RC Patan South supported Nepal Snehi Kaakh with essential food items, including rice, dal, oil, potatoes, fresh vegetables (cauli-flower), and salt. Non-Rotarian supporter Ram Hari Shrestha also contributed soap for the organization.

Through this initiative, the Rotary Club of Patan South reaffirmed its commitment to supporting maternal and child health and to create lasting impact in the community.
